During the performance "Monoblock" I presented the chair as the absolute point of where we as humanity are trying to get to.
The need to build and tear down is deeply rooted in us and is inherently human.
We build the new so that we can replace it with a newer one in the future.
We tear down the foreign to make room for our own.
Monoblock, the neglected symbol of globalism, universality and neutrality.
The monoblock breaks down all distinctions. It expresses nothing but itself.
